We appreciate donors' preferences to support specific programs. While we strive to honor such requests, please note that as an organization, we have the responsibility to allocate donations effectively. The ultimate authority for decision-making on donation allocation rests with the charity. If it's not feasible to utilize the donation for the donor's preferred program, the funds will be utilized to support our overall mission and goals, and unfortunately, refunds cannot be processed.
